2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

We offer clinical wellness treatments directed by licensed healthcare professionals. Our services include:

All services are provided following a medical evaluation and depend on client health eligibility.

3. MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY & HEALTH DISCLOSURE

4. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & FEES

  • Payment for services reflects the appointment time and medical supplies used.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee as defined in our clinical policy.
  • Refunds for completed services are not provided under any circumstances due to the medical nature of the supplies and professional time utilized.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IV Wellness Solution and its medical staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or clinical services. While we adhere to high clinical standards, results from wellness treatments may vary based on individual physiological factors.
